Nurx style is anything but traditional and has been widely recognized. It takes an unconventional approach, in stark contrast to the familiar, bland, and sterile aesthetic commonly associated within the healthcare landscape. Instead, it embraces a vibrant color palette, stylish handwritten typography, and a cool art direction, resulting in a captivating and eye-catching visual identity. The challenge in designing for Nurx lies in striking a delicate balance between leveraging these distinctive brand assets and ensuring they harmonize with the brand's overarching mission: to provide accessible healthcare that positively impacts our communities and people's lives.

We tailored our campaigns to specifically target markets. In doing so, we challenged ourselves to think creatively and strategically about how to communicate credibility and expert care when designing for each audience and their specific health needs. This distinction was instrumental in both the conceptualization and crafting of our digital ads and campaigns.

In addition to addressing sensitive health-related subjects, we needed to approach both the imagery and messaging with thoughtful and careful curation. This consideration extends to ensuring adherence to legal and clinical protocols and maintaining compliance throughout the process.

 

In addition, the growth team regularly conducted testing to gather data and analytics for digital ad campaign performance to help refine creative strategies, optimize ad creatives, and maximize conversion rate. 

Nurx leaned into traditional marketing methods like print advertising to complement their digital efforts. High quality printed materials such as direct mailers, flyers and brochures played a valuable role in their integrated marketing strategy.  

The creative strategy behind Nurx's print advertising was centered on accessibility, trust, and empowerment. Through carefully crafted visuals we aimed to highlight the brands values of convenience, reliability and expert care to build trust with our audience.

With printed materials one of the biggest design tasks was thinking through how to compose and highlight special calls to action, especially when it pertains to healthcare information, whether that is a special promotion or announcing a new service launch. A hierarchical layout and a smart selection of images are equally important when displaying key information in a limited space medium.
